With Brad's Read Time Calculator, you can quickly determine the average time it would take to read a script at a standard pace of 155 words per minute. If you already know the total number of words, simply highlight that number and right-click. If you have the script but don't know the word count, highlight the text and right-click. From the menu, select Brad's Reading Time Calculator, and it will provide you with the total number of words and the estimated time to read the text aloud.
It's important to note that while this tool provides a reliable estimate, the actual time may vary based on individual speaking pace and other factors. Additionally, if the text contains excessive acronyms or numbers written as numerals instead of words, the actual time may be longer than the estimated time provided by the tool.
